The kit includes: 1- 25' cable, 2 each - cable camps, 2 each - 12'W x 13'H cage nets, 12 each- carabiner pins(1 grommet every 2 feet along the top of the nets), and 2 each- net ground stakes. Nets can be pulled across front fo cage to make a great practice net to throw into, allowing athlete to get a lot of great reps in during practice.
